- │ The Internet Connection's internal editor is designed to offer you │
- │ an easy to use interface for preparing your message. Below is a │
- │ description of each of the available keys in the editor. Keystrokes │
- │ which begin with the carat symbol ^ indicate you must hold the CONTROL │
- │ key down and then press the indicated letter on your keyboard. │

- │ ^Y Deletes the current line │
- │ ^T Deletes the word at the cursor (wraps next line up if │
- │ at the end of a line │
- │ ^N Insert a blank line at the cursor │
- │ DEL Deletes the character at the cursor │
- │ INS Toggles insert mode │
- │ BS Moves backwards, deletes characters if INS is on │
- │ ^Q Opens the Quote window (if available) or toggles between │
- │ editing mode and quoting mode │
- │ ^K Closes the quote window │
- │ ESC Brings up the command menu for saving/aborting │
- │ You may also type a single slash / on a blank line to bring │
- │ up the menu. │
- │ ^Z Quick save and exit │
